- This house that is okay but not great. That said, the location is as good as it gets for someone looking for a quiet place near Aspen Highlands, the Aspen Schools, the Rec Center, and the Maroon Bells. It is ski in and out! All bedrooms, the living room and den floors were redone in 2025 including new carpet and refinished wood floors. The kitchen countertops were also redone (butcher block). It has three en-suite bedrooms, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, a 2 car garage, a den and a TV room (or second living room). It's the perfect place for someone who has furniture that needs to move from a house they are redoing. It can be rented for up to 18 months but a minimum of one year. NO showings until after July 1.
