Aspen Valley Ranch is Aspen's only whole ownership private luxury serviced community. Situated on 800+ acres, homeowners enjoy luxury services, amenities and activities. Michael Fuller Architects elevated the ranch architectural vernacular with the 5,461 square foot Highlands House, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence that overlooks a tranquil scene of pasture and creek with views of Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands and Aspen Mountain.
