Inside, the home is rich with texture, warmth, and material authenticity. Reclaimed oak wraps the walls, ceilings, and floors adding timeless character. A custom plaster, tinted to echo local aspen bark, sets a serene tonal backdrop for a curated collection of contemporary art. The main living room centers on a commanding granite wood burning fireplace, flanked by sliding walls of glass that open to the terraces. The kitchen is both sculptural and inviting, anchored by a 14-foot oak island and textured black stone, bespoke cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances. A floating steel plate staircase rises through a double-height volume like a piece of sculpture to a private primary retreat. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an office, and a surround-sound media room that doubles as the 5th bedroom. Outdoor living spaces are designed for year-round enjoyment, including a private rooftop deck with fire feature off the primary suite, a custom granite spa, a built-in firepit with banquette, and an Argentine-style grill.
