Fences and Garages-Garages cannot be the main structural focal point facing the street. Fences cannot be over 6" tall as per Pitkin County. Privacy fences maximum length-20% total perimeter of both sides and back of lot length. Privacy fences and fences are not allowed on street or in front of home. HOA requires that you do a survey to determine the correct lot lines prior to putting in fence. The nice side of the fence must face the neighbor.
