You can't beat the location of this fabulous architecturally-designed home! Close enough to walk to town, but away from the traffic and sounds of the core town. Beautifully finished with the owner's incredible art collection that adorn the walls and built-in shelving. Ski-in at the end of the day, and in the morning, take the free and convenient Crosstown shuttle to the base of the gondola, or to catch any shuttle going to Highlands, Buttermilk, or Snowmass Village! To ski-in, take a right at the lift pole at the Little Nell and you will ski-in directly to the back! (And in warmer weather, you can't get any closer to the base of the amazing Ute hiking trail!) Let the sunshine in! The views are magnificent from the line of windows that stretch across the front of this light and bright home. Vaulted ceilings make the living room and dining room even more dramatic. The flow of the gourmet kitchen into the dining and living rooms makes for easy and elegant entertaining. After a long day of skiing the mountains of Aspen and Snowmass, you can relax on the private deck or by the fireplace. There is a media room for all to enjoy their favorite shows and movies. Each guest room is furnished in soothing colors, with great views, walk-in closets, and wall-mounted televisions. If work should follow you during your stay, there is an office space in the primary bedroom, and each bedroom has a desk area. The home is equipped with high-speed internet access, and music via Sonos with an in-wall speaker system throughout the main level. All TVs are equipped with Rokus for streaming services. There is a convenient elevator to all 3 levels of the home, which is perfect for luggage or groceries. This Chef's Kitchen includes a Thermador gas stove, double wall oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Nespresso coffeemaker, and a milk frothier for your inner barista! And it's fully equipped with a plethora of dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc.—everything you need for mealtime. The Chef's Pantry includes an extra refrigerator/freezer, cabinetry, prep counter, and sink, as well as an additional stacking washer and dryer. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen counter, and the lovely round dining table seats 8-10. The entry level includes a huge mudroom with plenty of room for all jackets, ski boots, and other outdoor equipment. There is also a large media room with a large television and full bathroom, as well as a mechanical room with another full-sized washer and dryer. Work out room with Peloton and other equipment. Central Air with humidification system. Primary Bedroom Suite: King Bed, dressing room, office space, television, walk-in closet, drop-down ironing board, steam shower, double vanity, towel warmer, and separate W/C & Bidet. There is cozy in-floor heating in front of the vanity and shower to keep your feet warm. Guest Bedroom: King Bed, desk, sitting chair, TV, walk-in closet, single vanity, and tub/shower. Guest Bedroom: Split King Beds, desk, TV, single vanity, and tub/shower. Guest Bedroom: Kind Bed and twin-size daybed, desk, walk-in closet, single vanity, and tub/shower.
